Today’s Workout of the Day is:
Overhead Squat
3-3-3-3-3
then,
3 rounds of
1 min max sit-ups
1 min max box jumps
1 min max press-ups
Post loads and total max reps to comments.
Please note: There is no 8pm CrossFit class tonight as the gym has been pre-booked every Thursday @ 8pm for the next 6 weeks.
