So we’ve officially decided to make the trip on Saturday up to CFNI. Should be there around 12 methinks for a workout. Looking forward to it!!!

Orla that is impressive, especially on such a cold day. This no/low carb eating is giving me a seiously sore head – who wants to eat protein and veg with these low temps. A week you said it’d last Stevie – oh my I’m not sure I’ll make it. Already dreaming of chocolate and hot stew!
