Burpee Challenge :-) – Day 32

Today’s Workout of the Day is:

10 rounds for time of;
10 wall-ball (m:9kg and 10ft target, wmen:5kg and 8ft target)
10 burpees

    Orla its either 21 or 28 or some number around that, but it starts again if you break it so it will be 20 odd days from the last day you missed.

    Sounds mental, a habit of doing burpees!!! Of all the other bad habits out there we choose this one! Where else but CrossFit? Love it.

    Yes Aidan i agree on both the mental bit and the Crossfit bit! :) Just thinking how crazy we are. Anyway, yes apparently it is 21 Jonny, we were discussing it in work today, Are you implying though that i haven’t been doing my burpees? You know me, i’d be feeling so guilty i’d post it if i hadn’t but on the other hand me now smart and not going to buy into next challenge!!! :p May have to make todays up tomorrow though cause not feeling the best.

    Orla I havn’t been doing my burpees everyday and if you could have seen the state of me after the workout this morning you’d know why I should have been. A habit – of burpees – and low carbs – what has Crossfit done to us?

    Yes lisa i have 2 say it looks like a tough one but i’m sorry i’m missin it. I’m thinkin that if we get into the 100 burpees a day habit how class would it be. We could start a new trend! Much healthier than nail biting!

    I’ve just spent ages trying to work it out but if you go to yesterdays post there is a link for adding your photo. We got ours off images on the net, copied to desktop then added them in – it somehow just comes up once you’ve selected it against your address. truthfully I think mine worked by fluk rather than anything else.
