It’s Okay Orla, we generally find long workouts offensive.
Heavy workouts, now there’s a different story.

It was my first time doing turkish get ups. Wish I could say it was also my last, but am not that lucky!!
Has anyone done todays yet??? Looks really tough, might be the first person ever to have posted a time of 1day+

Now Maz you wouldn’t do that would you??? As long as its not with burpees i’ll take it. Yeh today’s doesn’t look that easy alright…reckon i’ll be ready for it by the time i get outta work though! Colm i hope when i visit CF Ireland my safety is guaranteed??
