18 Pull-ups
or
‘Daniel’
For time,
50 Pull-ups
400m run
Thruster, 21 reps (m:42.5kg, wmen:30kg)
800 meter run
Thruster, 21 reps

The 2nd half of the 800m run was a killer! Should have gone heavier on the thrusters! Its the new found muscles!

Haha, yea im lowering the tone orla, Wat daniel didnt do the job?! Lol not sure which to choose, i dont like my options!! Crossfit is making me do things i dont like! Again!

13.37 i think with 30kg and jumping pull ups. not a good work out to come back to after being away for 3 weeks

Oh man Stevie – great link except it tells the proper way to do burpees. I hope they let novices like me get away with managing them as best we can. I’ve been asking for divine intervention all day just to be able to perform basic movements with my arms. Oh well my 44 burpees tonight should loosen me up
