Today’s Workout of the Day is:

Choice between these 2 Hero Wods,

‘Josh’

For time:
Overhead Squat, 21 reps (m:42.5kg, wmen:30kg)
42 Pull-ups
Overhead Squat, 15 reps
30 Pull-ups
Overhead Squat, 9 reps
18 Pull-ups

or

‘Daniel’

For time,
50 Pull-ups
400m run
Thruster, 21 reps (m:42.5kg, wmen:30kg)
800 meter run
Thruster, 21 reps
400m run
50 Pull-ups

    Daniel – 15kg thrusters/Jumping pull-ups

    The 2nd half of the 800m run was a killer! Should have gone heavier on the thrusters! Its the new found muscles! ;)

    Haha, yea im lowering the tone orla, Wat daniel didnt do the job?! Lol not sure which to choose, i dont like my options!! Crossfit is making me do things i dont like! Again!

    Yea maz im still zoning, for the moment! :) being honest ive no idea how long im gonna do it, just gonna judge its effects an see! :O arms?! Wat arms! I think i misplaced them yesterday in the gym.

    Lol, know exactly what you mean about the arms – I’m having to drink me tea by bending over to reach the cup – nothing works above the elbow! :lol:

    Done Daniel at lunchtime :D 13.37 i think with 30kg and jumping pull ups. not a good work out to come back to after being away for 3 weeks :(

    Oh man Stevie – great link except it tells the proper way to do burpees. I hope they let novices like me get away with managing them as best we can. I’ve been asking for divine intervention all day just to be able to perform basic movements with my arms. Oh well my 44 burpees tonight should loosen me up
