I take it that its squat week this week. And you need to change the name of back/front squats to Deadlifts. I have a dead arm from last nite. Every day theres a different pain!!!

Well I dont think I will need to do 150. I have been doing them all week and it adds up to about that so I think I’ll just jog tonite!!
