Burpee Challenge
– Day 50
Today’s Workout of the Day is:
‘Tabata something else’
20 seconds of work with 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds of:
Wall-Ball (m:9kg & 10ft target, wmen:5kg & 8ft target),
Burpees,
Box-Jumps,
Squats.
Post total reps at end of 8 rounds to comments.

Hi guys, lookin forward to gettin back into things tonight. Still have a lot of stiffness in my back so not sure how much i’ll be able to push myself. Cant sit about for another 2 weeks though without CrossFit!!!

Hey come on, thats totally true.
but hey, if I had come down to the gym I would have passed my disease onto everyone then no-one would have got to train!

oh wait, hang on. Is it 8 rounds of wall ball, burpees, box jumps & squats OR 8 rounds of wall ball, 8 rounds of burpees etc….

8 20sec intervals of wallball, followed immediately (well after 10sec) by 8 20sec intervals of burpees, followed by 8 20sec intervals of box jumps…..geddit. But you do get a 10sec rest inbetween each interval when you have to write down your score.

Maz i got aught earlier was starting my burpees and nearly died when i had to go back to wall ball!! BTW 10 seconds feels like nothing

I think Orla if you threw in an extra couple of burpees then that should at least double your burpee score!!
No probs, I’ll leg down to an earlier class instead

Tough workout after being out for 2 weeks. Score= 234 (5kg WB / 18″).
