Well as you know I always have something to say. My experience of Crossfit so far to put in one word is PAIN! But this in a good way. Today I feel as if I have been battered by a kettlebell
but felt really good that I had finished the workout yesterday. So crossfit at the minute for me is worth the pain and because its something different everyday makes it all the better. As for training in a normal gym to gage peoples reactions errrrrrrrm dunno about the one ask me that in a year when I am superfit and toned!!!

Crossfit has been one of the best things Gary and I have done. We both feel fitter, stronger and more energetic. Both our postures have improved too. We love the varied workouts and the fact that with commitment to this programme you get noticeable results, even if its hard to walk down stairs at times. We’ve found we have to keep our fluid intake high in the day and cut back on carbs to maximise workouts (not that I always manage this). At Crossfit you learn to do things you NEVER believed you could and this is great for the confidence too. Mmmm, once I have mastered the kip it could be very interesting to workout in a normal gym . .

Oh by the way, gary and I were very impressed with the editing!

And another point – for people thinking of joining but think you too unfit – you don’t have to be fit to start, you just have to really want to be fit. You also get excellent training which ensures you keep good form, build muscle and strength efficiently and are motivated.

I can’t wait until the Lurgan show next year. We’re going to spring a wod during the ‘Cattlemarket – Best of Show’ and give people something to talk about
In fact random wods in weird places sounds like fun…

I don’t mind to do that anywhere at all
i mean that i’d like sometime training sessions outdoors. .But it wouldn’t be handy to do that in a “normal” gyms i think cause of lack of space. And at home u must have really great determination and dedication to do it all on ur own… u know how hard is that…

Nice editin helzy!
Would be great til see the crossfit competitors in it next year. Yeh agree with all the above comments. Crossfit it great cause it is so varied and because your always tryin til beat your last time/weight you are always pushin yourself and always have a goal. And i really have never felt better. On the global gym thing… Been there done that… Got the strange looks and it was even better when there was a few of us doin it. Think i might give it a go next week when i’m away in a hotel. That should get a few strange looks. On the up side don’t think i can use my fake tan as am excuse for not trainin anymore! I’ll be back tomorrow!
