Helen, Micky said he would have really enjoyed that WOD its a pity u always put the good WOD on at the weekends. Why dont u just give him that WOD tomorrow all for himself. He’ll be chuffed to bits!!

How about I give you that WOD and tomorrows WOD to do one after another since you have both had the weekend to rest
