1000m warm-up row @ level 7 resistance done in 3min 42sec
Dead lift: 5 x 130kg, 4 x 135kg, 3 x 140kg, 2 x 145kg (was getting hard to keep grip so got some grit from outside and used it as chalk), 1 x 147.5kg, 1 x 150kg, 1 x 152.5kg, 1 x 157.5kg, 1 x 160kg, 1 x 165kg, 1 x 170kg P.B. (red mist desended got into the groove and thought screw the WOD I’m going for 1RM as I’ve been limited by lack of weights for a while).
1000m warm-up row @ level 7 resistance done in 3min 35sec.
Insanely happy over 2 and quarter times my body weight!!

Sean, some of the guys in the gym who read these comments and see your time are interested in meeting you and getting the chance to bust out a few WOD’s, so when are you coming down to settle some inquisitive minds??????
