Today’s Workout of the Day is:

As many rounds as possible in 20mins;

200m run
5 shoulder press (m:35kg, wmen:25kg)
10 push press

    Need to catch up burpee challenge from yesterday. Kids and I have done 20 this morning – Hannah is kicking both legs out now but obviously my arse is still way up in the air – by day 100 it might be down. Will get other 38 done before tonights WOD and todays challenge. Stevie I cannot believe the burpee challenge has defeated you!! Shoulder press and push press – oh man i could cry already

    7 rounds completed… 30 kg. workout was excellent,shaddowwzz was slow an’weak… :) Helzy that weren’t my knees but my track bottoms were waving :) THanks for encouragment Helzy :)
