200m run
5 shoulder press (m:35kg, wmen:25kg)
10 push press

Need to catch up burpee challenge from yesterday. Kids and I have done 20 this morning – Hannah is kicking both legs out now but obviously my arse is still way up in the air – by day 100 it might be down. Will get other 38 done before tonights WOD and todays challenge. Stevie I cannot believe the burpee challenge has defeated you!! Shoulder press and push press – oh man i could cry already

Missing this WOD today as heading to a circuit class (cue – tumbleweed….)
Fully expecting to be subjected to weird looks for doing 59 burpees!!

Tough work out the day, 6 rounds and 200m run with 30kg. can hardly move my shoulders now
