Burpee Challenge :-) - Day 60

Today’s Workout of the Day is:

Hang Power Snatch (from mid thigh)
2-2-2-2-2

then;

3 rounds of
1 min max press-ups
1 min max squats
1 min max burpees
1 min rest
Total no of reps after 3 rounds.

Post loads and total no. of reps to comments.

    Davy, we have a bigger one than that and we will let you play with them when your over.

    Orla, you will be able to release that stress doing your burpees tonight, you should get your burpee challenge done in the workout
