Today’s Workout of the Day is:
Hang Power Snatch (from mid thigh)
2-2-2-2-2
then;
3 rounds of
1 min max press-ups
1 min max squats
1 min max burpees
1 min rest
Total no of reps after 3 rounds.
Post loads and total no. of reps to comments.

Orla, you will be able to release that stress doing your burpees tonight, you should get your burpee challenge done in the workout

Ok no pressure then. 60 burpees in 3 mins….it would be like me!
