Today’s Workout of the Day is:

‘Fight Gone Bad’

Three rounds of:

Wall-ball, 9kg ball & 10ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 35kg (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 35kg (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, you must move to next station immediately for the best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

    244 reps med ball 7kg, rest rxd. Up 27 reps and 5kg on SDHP, on last time.

    So Eimear, did you get all your ironing done? Or maybe is the ironing fairy is doing it for you?????

    No I did not and its still bleedin piling up, I’m leaving it down to the ironing fairy cos after that bunch of killer things up there I doubt I will be able to lift an iron. But I will iron your t shirts if you will walk my dogs :) but first how many t shirts?

    Well I have had a brainwave. A WOD called
    ‘Tyson’. I will provide the equipment..a lead and a tennis ball launcher thingy, ball included. Great for working those biceps and shoulders. Just might need your shoulders placed back in their sockets afterwards.

    265 reps, 7kg ball, 35kg p/press and 35kg sdhp, beat my last score by near 50reps, yeddupa!!!!

    73 – 63 – 62 total of 198 reps everything done rxd. first time doing this WOD and out of all the WOD’S ive done so far this one is my favourite even though its 15mins of pure hell lol.

    118-103-101=322 up 104 reps from last time. Major improvement, on my rest day might I add Jonny.

    183 reps 5kg-24kg-22.5 kg. Worked like mad on the first round and then just ran outta steam. Felt like my lungs were gonna burst outta my rib cage and that my hand was gonna lift up and hit the instructor who was shouting in my ear. :P
