20 reps – 1 rep of press-ups
1 rep – 20 reps of sit-ups

You start with 20 press-ups, 1 sit-up, 19 press-ups, 2 sit-ups all they way to 1 press-up and 20 sit-ups.

    Thanks for the offer Johnny, I’ll call in midweek to have a squint at the vibrams.

    Eimer – I tried TKmax for the size 4 (4-toe ones), but they only do the 6-toers in a size 4, ach well.
    As regards the suitcase, my wife is a shopaholic and has packed an empty case inside a slightly larger one, bonkers.

    Time was 23mins something i think, scaled the workout to 15 – 1. cant really move my arms at the moment :D

    Ant, we dont have the stock in yet, they won’t be in till the end of the week or the start of next week, sorry if this is a pain or if your away but vibram are waiting for a shipment so they can meet our order

    27.12 I think. Not full range but getting there. Thought about goin on to my knees but kept in the plank position. Defo am gettin stronger. Jonny I am always nice.

    Hi Guys and gals
    Claire and myself did this tonight 30mins 20 sec for me and 32min 10 sec for claire nfr. I fell on my face on the last push up and lay there laughing thru the tears!!
    Are you starting to order 5 fingers as i like a pair but not sure sizing wise? Usually 9 shoe and 10 trainer so don’t know.
    Also booking for the cert in Sept!!!!!
