    Jumpin pull ups
    Single arm hang power clean.(1st round 12.5kg, remainder 10kg)
    20 inch box jumps

    Time: 27.22 Good workout. Struggled during the hang power cleans.

    Shane: 26.12 – scaled reps
    Hugh: 33.52 – single unders, 20kg hpc, ring pu
    Tom: 28.16 – same injury clinic wod as Orla
    Niall: 20.50 – 30kg hpc
    David: 26.28 – 30kg hpc (& forgot 1st set of burpees)
    Paul: 25.03 – single unders, 20kg hpc, ring pu
