Single arm hang power clean.(1st round 12.5kg, remainder 10kg)
20 inch box jumps
Time: 27.22 Good workout. Struggled during the hang power cleans.

Did a slight variation of today’s wod, scaling round 2 and round 3 so to bring it in under 20mins.
