50 sumo-deadlift high pull (m:42.5kg, wmen:30kg)
30 squats

This is Dorasquirt.
Dorasquirt has been elevated from the rank of avatar on our forum to that of gym assistant. Today we see Dorasquirt working hard on reception at elite400, meeting and greeting everyone who walks through our doors with that great big infectious smile :D

    Comrades. We’ve had our first guerilla burpee submitted. All criteria was met, however the thumbs up sign at the end loses a point. Point re-instated again though for wearing heels. Well done Orla.

    Guys that burpee was the most nerve wrecking thing i’ve done! I contemplated it that much that the girl nearly missed it on video when i just jumped down and done it! :) Everyone must try one to see the faces of the unsuspecting public. Hilarious! So thats where Dorasquirt has gone….i thought s/he been kidnapped. DoraSquirt good luck in your new job….i miss you! :)

    Orla, you have done us proud. I was very impressed that you managed it in heels.

    Dora squirt says she was bored in her last job as there was only 4 people a day coming into the surgery, at least here she gets a chance to play on the computer cause there is no kirsty.

    Thanks guys! Yeh i nearly didn’t do in the heels…nearly landed off the stage! Think that could be the new bit in my challenge…do it in heels ;) . Good luck to everyone! And Jonny by the way…tell Dorasquirt to come back…i’ve already seen 4 patients today! :)
