Well guys, how did the fight go on Saturday night?

He lost on points. It all came down to the final round which was even right up to the final bell when his opponent landed a nice head kick which in turn gave him that round in the eyes of the judges. I was told afterwards by the judges if the kick hadn’t of been thrown we’d have won or got a draw at the very least. He did very well for his first fight and was against a experienced opponent.

Is it 2nite 7-8 when those foundation classes start, or is it next week i forget?

Time 32.28, that wod kicked my ass!! Could hardly breathe i was so hot!!and i did a fairly easy warm up too!!!

sit ups
back extensions
jumping pull ups
wall squats

aggh gemma beat me again 39min 21.5sec yes the .5 is important.
cant wait to see what is in store tomorro i hope its not got burpees, or runns , or pullups …
i like bicep curls, any isolated muscle movement will do thank you very much. see you tomorro
