50 Box jump, 24″
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 16kg
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 20kg
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots (m:9kg, wmen:5kg)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Orla, Dora squirt is training hard, she refuses to go home when we close for a few hours and just spends her time training and practicing, I think she will have a kip very soon….

Orla congrats on that time, that was brilliant!! I think when I did this I scaled it to 35 and it still took me about 40 minutes to do

I swear if Dorasquirt gets a kip before me…i’ll freak out!!
Now i cant keep this up any longer Maz. My time today was 41 mins. Managed all double-unders (1st time doing them during a WoD), cried through the pain of my cut hand in the knees to elbows (and i’m not joking), 12kg kettlebell, 20 inch box step ups. My conscious is clear.
Seriously good luck guys…this nearly killed me.

36:14 …i barely could finish it… jeez… my poor legs… My car is in the garage tonight so i had to run to and from club and it nearly killed me…
The poughest part of it was to force myself run after i finished session,jelly legs and all
… It took me 15 min run to club and 25 from…
