    Just did yesterday’s workout. Time: 13.31 – rxd. Legs poker straight and no kipping for all reps. It be’s very, very sweaty in the gym today!

    Should have stayed in the house tonight. Cant remember all weights but started of 24 kg worked up to 34 on my 5th lift and fell on my rear and then gave up after another attempt. Technique was pure cack. On a different topic I had what I thought was gonna be a luvly Hawian Burger(forget how to spell it). Usually you get lettuce tomato pineapple and thousand island. Well I got a Pedigree Chum burger with a slice of pineapple that seemed to be in the fridge all week, BOKE. The dogs like it though. :)
