6.49 50kg Rope climb was lying down and bringing myself up while keepin in the plank position. Sweaty again today in the Academy. Vibrams rock, I feel so athletic

By the way I will super enjoy a day off tomorrow. Pat me on the back for 5 days in a row of hard graft.
