soz i didnt get the vid’s down lastnite got held up at work, will def bring them tonite.

Oddly enough I have been having difficulty lifting my arms above shoulder height since Monday night – but if I’m ever going to match the girls in the vid I gotta putt the work in

Ok so i didn’t quite live up til the crossfit chicks in the vid but did manage a PB
22.5kg-25kg-27.5kg-30kg-32.5kg-35kg-37.5kg
Did manage til lift 40kg after.
