First ever attempt at this workout
First 4 mus consecutive before my arms became delirious.
Had to take 1min – 1.30min recovery inbetween each rep.
Stevie, if ya hadn’t of bailed I probably would’ve switched so pullups and dips, so in a twisted sort of way I’m glad you bailed, lol
