Bit pushed for time this mornin so just went for a 20 minute run followed by some double under practice. Managed 15 consecutive ones which i was pleased with. Did manage til do my 88 burpees yesterday and my 89 this morning. My god felt like a workout in itself!!

100 burpees, 17:00. Pukie was lookin over my shoulder d last few reps. Burpees n hangovers do NOT mix!

Ok i’ve just signed myself up til a half marathon in Liverpool at the end of March! God i think i’m mad but on the other hand its got til improve my running! I’ll be wearin my elite400 t shirt with pride.
