It’s sad that it has took till this morning to get the point of form first, time second. It has been preached to you all from the 1st day you walk into a crossfit gym.
Scot, it’s worse for you because you did the level 1 cert, of all people you should be doing it right everytime you train….
Paul, some dodgy KTE, you didn’t do any KTE’s so you should post some dodgy high knees…..

Jonny you cant question my dedication,my timing is a different matter all together! Lol a change of schedule means I cant make the 12 class so I done Tabata sprints (in the rain like an e-jit) and some press ups and sit ups. I’ll note the class times next time!

Guys the gym’s closed next Sat as we’re going to Jordanstown for the NI Open Olympic Weightlifting comp. Smut’s representing the gym (sure I broke my wrist training for it
). It would be great if you could come along and give your support and see what it’s all about. I want quite a few of you to compete next year!

In light of the current alphabet theme in the WODs, I just thought that’d I’d mention that it’s Sesame Street’s 40th birthday today…even Jonny was getting into the swing of things this morning with his own rendition of Oscar the Grouch

lol Paul I was thinking exactly the same thing last week. Just think Jonathan if you were a hormonal woman, you’d be psycho. May I suggest some Starflower oil.

1.00pm next Saturday, is that at the University of Ulster? I will try to get along and bring my boy with me.
I feel like I have had a right bollocking, but well deserved as cutting corners won’t help me in the long run. You are also correct regarding the Level 1 as I didn’t spend £600, only to ignore what I was taught. Thanks for the wake up call!

Just had Steak with Stir Fried Veggies, used Nandos BBQ Seasoning to season the veggies. They were very good and tasted great I would recommend, next time you are in Tescos pick up a packet only£1.19!!

Scot, try the seasoning you get in the bottles from tescos were you’d get curry powder..theres BBQ and steak seasoning there thats very very nice..i usually add it to taste things up.
Would be good to see Linda or Lynne tomorrow to get the bench press on the go and see how people do.
