Didn’t get to the gym this morning so I done -
20 Push ups, 1 Sit Up through to 20 Sit Ups, 1 Push Ups. (I remember this being posted before) Time 32.14. Looking forward to reading the attached articles today.

Great articles, i liked the one about the pull ups, i do some extra chin ups at home to try and get up to speed, slowly but surely eh?! the link for the armstrong program doesnt work on my computer so i’ll have to do a bit of seraching on t’internet for it.
