100 Pull-Ups
200 Press-Ups
300 Squats
1 mile run
You can partition the worksets, eg 10 pull-ups & 20 press-ups & 30 squats for 10 rounds.

Scot, even with that you still need to do it all wearing a a 10kg weighted vest for a rxd Murph!
Kevin, lean meats, fruits, veg nuts & seeds, no sugar. Stay away from anything that’s’ processed. There’s a link in the nutrition section on the right, or have a look at people’s food diaries in the forum.

800m run, 75 pull ups,150 press ups,225 squats,800m run. 26.40 pull ups with blue band. What a way to start the week!

31.16 (C) 50 blue band pull ups 100 press ups 150squats
first 30 press ups were full range and then on my knees chest to floor.

Full Murph minus the weighted vest- 43.32 Broke it down as a 20 round cindy. 7 mins faster than my August attempt so cant complain.
