Hey guys,i’ve been gettin worse as the week goes on! I dont know if i’ll be able to make it tomorrow night but i’ll see how I feel and let ya’ll know. Raging cuz I was looking forward to it!

Just under 20 minutes for 120 pull ups and 120 dips. First 48 pull ups on green bands, rest on rings. Would have posted earlier, but only just managed to drag my tired arms to the keyboard.
