Not great myself, I don’t think I will ever eat from there again!! I spilled a bit on my jeans and there is a bright yellow stain there now, so dear knows what my insides are like!!
It’s just 21, 15 and 9!!! My arse!!! That’s some work out and some time!!! I will give it a blast tomorrow, but I will have to sub the Muscle Ups and Hand Stand Push Ups!!
