helz, i heard that the hoodies arrived. are they being held in the gym to be lifted at any time?? and how much do i owe you?? if you have that replacement card for me also give me the total and i will square you up tomorrow. ta

Did nobody do yesterdays WOD I only seen Helzy’s post?
I done it this morning in DW Sports, 21 x 80kg Deadlifts, subbed HSPU for 21 x standing dumbbell presses (20kg), 15 x 40kg Thrusters, 15 x pull ups, 9 x 50kg Cleans and subbed MU’s for 9 x 36 Jumping Pull Ups/36 Dips. Time 13.46
How somebody managed to to this RXD with a a time of just over 5 mins is amazing!!!
I hope to be down tomorrow weather permitting!!

Scot I could not get out of bed yesterday never mind do a wod. I am still not 100% self inflicted of course. Roll on January till I get focussed again. I feel like shite!!
