    Time: 20.43.

    This should easily have been a sub-15 WOD for me but my poor skipping technique severly slowed me down this morning & will be focused upon during Skills Days. There are school kids in the street that can skip better than myself!! As discussed with Jonny at the end if there was a time limit today this would have been a DNF for a relatively straightforward WOD!! grrrrrr
    On a positive note I decided to use the Blue Bands for the Press Up’s this morning. Felt great to get that full range & comfortable as I was not putting alot of pressure on my lower back which I usually do during PU’s. Will use these going forward so I can get use that full range

    Chin up chuck it could be worse you could have got tangled up in the bands or the rope for that matter but you have survived lol. Your so down on yourself Man! Think PMA.

    So I dont need to work out anymore I QUIT. :P

    23:24 used the blue band for push ups and still didnt get full range, need to work on this. Also struggled on the DU’s tonight, just couldnt get them going.

    200 160 singles then 30 20 10 doubles. press ups weren’t exactly nipples to floor but the weren’t far off it! I was getting just over the top of my rib cage on most,tight as f**k they were! 23.27

    20.46 r sumthin like that, i dont give a crap my arms r pulled clean outta me with blue pu’s.25.20.15.10 du’s with the 50.40 blah blah blah press and sits!

    Will try to get down to open gym after dropping kids at school tomorow morning. Hurt my shoulder and been lacking motivation – but I gotta get back to it.
