    Time: 12.33 (20KGS KB)

    Tough WOD but disappointed with time as PU’s were holding me back. On a positive note I managed 34/36 PU’s without the band…getting there. And also moved my KB Swings up from 16KGS to 20KGS

    I am pretty pleased with this, as I HATE running!! Especially when it’s -3 outside, also chuffed that pull ups were done of the band. Granted some may have not been full ROM but I think it is progress to not be reliant on the band. If I am wrong I have every faith Jonny will correct me!!

    Day 69 Burpee Challenge!! 40 done just another 29 to do later!

    11:17 RXD – Happy with this time as I beat my PB by 1:21 and even happier doing it in the sun rather than the 7am frost!

    OH Lunge: 30kg, 32.5kg, 35kg, 37.5kgx3
    Superset it with 10 V-sit ups with 30 sec plank hold

    I’ve hit the sugar wall today – daft headaches – I know the cure but I’ll not let the little sugar fecker inside my head win.

    10:40 i think thought it was rxd but took a closer look at the ktb and it was only a 20kg lol silly me… done my 400m sprint(115) on my 1st run witch totally wreaked me but good wod great going Eimear…..

    Did this the other day in Queen’s, but subbed Rowing for running (and accidentally added an extra 3 pullups a round, I’ve just realised)

    15.29

    The last set of pullups took forever (about 4 minutes), cos my grip was just shot :| that’s what I get for neglecting my PUs..
