Does anyone have any tips of how to think positively with wall ball. I have developed a kind of a fear of the fecking thing and will now sit and worry about this allllllllllllll day and my energy will all be used up.

ok, make sure your squat doesn’t collapse at the btm of the rep and set yourself 5 consecutive reps everytime you throw. Don’t lose focus on the no. of reps you’re setting yourself, keep your eye on the line and take the same no. of breaths after each set.

Running with medicine ball = surprisingly tough! I was only using 5kg too, yet made a big difference.

Thanks I will try to do that although I know my left leg always caves in. Doesnt wearing stripes that way make you look bigger? God I can remember someone wearing stripes at the water park in Tenerife. His medicine balls were the biggest I have ever seen.

I hate running!! Felt that horrible feeling in my stomach when I seen the WOD this morning, I hate running and I hate running with a Med Ball even more!! But to quote Helz, I had to suck it up and get on with it and in the end I quite surprised myself…

Suffering from achilles tendonitis in my left heel..thats what happens when you sell your car and have to walk to work and jog to the gym…lol…should probably give this wod a miss but might just pop a few painkillers and see how it goes.

Hello Scotty er 27.14 5kg I had the feckin ball on my head up my top when I was running it was the worst feeling ever. I now hate that ball even more!!!

20 Sit-Up MB Throw
Time: 20.04 – overestimated the DUs, 1st rd did 100 and 50 for rds 2-4

Ha ha Smut you are soooooo funny. Yeah Helz that was fun except I think its just as well we had the headgear on.Now I am absolutely wrecked. And Scott sorry I said I ran with the ball….i lied I walked lol, it was so big.
