Today’s Workout of the Day is:

Back Squat: 10reps@70%, 8@75%, 6@80%, 4@85%,
superset with Toes to Bar 4 sets x10 reps
Front Squat: 5reps@70%, 5@75%, 5@80%, 4@85%, 3@90%,
superset with Good Mornings using 15kg, 5 sets x 8 reps

    This is going to be my first day doing the strength training. My heads going to be pickled with all these percentages!!!

    Back Squat – 85, 90, 95, 102.5
    toes to bar for the first 10, then knees to elbows
    Front Squat – 75, 80, 85, 90, 95
    5 x 10 good mornings …. And 75 burpees to finish, 25 days to go!!!!

    My little injury has flared up again and movement is restricted. And before you start NO i cannot do 1 armed double unders, thrusters, pull ups, rowing, running or whatever else you may be thinking in your little minds. MOVEMENT IS RESTRICTED! And No i am not trying to get out of working out, I am quite pissed at the thought of being out of action AGAIN :(
