tough this morning, hamstrings seem to be troubling alot of people!! Mine are still tight from Tuesdays Good Mornings!!!!

Want to avoid Snatch this week due to tightness in shoulders back arms whatever….Is there anything else I can do or will I just leave it and rest oneself till Monday saying its the end of the week.

Rite so that wont hurt the shrug area. I aint sore at the mo just quite stiff. I think I’ll need to do extra stretching in future I’m always hurting myself. Thank god I didnt do THE WEIGHTS when I was young I’d be as stiff as a board now or even Trevor for that matter lol.
