- Holy crap everyone, we’re doing the wrong program. Dare you take this challenge?

Niall finally accepts a pay-off from Smut, to leave elite400 and travel to the other side of the world so that the rest of us can catch up with his wod scores. Good luck buddy! Safe travels Niall and hope it's not too long before you're back.

Unfortunately I will not be partaking in this great WOD as I am injured. I have hurt my bleeding arm doin the weights!!! And I am not spoofing by the way. It needs rest. I wondered were the burpees were hiding.

Helz, your link left me speechless. Especially this bit: “Please note, due to the potential risk of spinal damage involved with performing traditional sit-ups, the two hundred sit- ups program will utilize the more common crunch or curl up exercise.” These people are HARDCORE!

Ro. I know! As I like to say to people when I show them a ‘sit-up’. It’s an exercise where you ‘SIT’ ‘UP’. Hence the name.

Eimear. Where is your arm sore? The OHS always finds sneaky soreness in the arms/wrists/shoulders that you didn’t know was there. Take some ibrufen.

Its like a cramp in my arm and it only happens when I move a certain way coming from my shoulder down the back of my arm. I think it was when i was stretching out as far as I could with the brush shaft. Imagine that straining yourself with a brush shaft!! How feeble is that. I need an automatic car it hurts when I change gear.

Sorry, hang on a minute – Lisa have you seen the WOD’s we have been doing recently??? They are all hitting the abs!!
Are you just trying to avoid the double under challenge?
January 29th, 2009 at 1:01 pm
