Burpee Challenge – Day 50 Today’s Workout of the Day is: ‘Tabata something else’ 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds of: Wall-Ball (m:9kg & 10ft target, wmen:5kg & 8ft target), Burpees, Box-Jumps, Squats.
