Class Times

  • Classes start on the hour – Sharp! So be changed and ready to train.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for the start of a class you will have to wait and join the next class.
  • Open Gym is available for members to complete the wod (outside of set class times). The Open Gym will not be coached. If you are not confident in the workouts then please join in group classes. There will be someone there to advise, but you will be responsible for timing and scaling the wod by yourself.
  • Women Only Fitness is £3.50 per class
