On behalf of my Mum, brother and extended family I want to thank you all for the comments, emails and cards; for coming to visit the family home and for attending my Dad’s funeral. It is a great comfort to know that your support was there for us. I’d also like to publicly thank Jonny who kept the gym and the house going by himself last week. My Dad helped out at our painting party when we were getting ready to open back in 2008, and was extremley proud to know that our membership was growing month by month. Thanks everyone!
Due to Helens dad passing away, the gym is only open 7-8-am and 12-1-pm today and then closed on Saturday for his funeral which is at 11-am in St. Anthony’s.
