At elite400 members don’t sign contracts. You can try before you buy. You can join us every Saturday for a FREE workout! There is no limit on the amount of Saturdays you wish to join in.
Becoming a Member -
You’ll have to complete a 3-week mandatory Foundation class every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7pm-8pm learning 9 movements that are required in order to complete CrossFit workouts. You cannot complete a Foundation class without paying for membership upfront. On joining you will be required to pay for 1 month plus 1 month in lieu plus a £10 admin fee.

- Overhead Squat
- Shoulder Press
- Push-Press
- Push-Jerk
- Split-Jerk
- Burgener Warm-up
- Snatch
- Deadlift
- Sumo-Deadlift High-Pull
- Medicine Ball Cleans
Each class finishes with a specially designed workout to help reinforce the movement you just learned. These workouts are short and intense and will help prepare you for joining the main group at the end of your course. You’ll also learn how to ‘read’ and understand the warm up and the workouts posted on the website. We’ll show you how to keep a training log. We’ll teach you how to lift out equipment, adjust it to suit yourself and anything else we think you’ll need to know!
